March Potluck Event!

Our March potluck was a wonderful gathering with about 25 attendees, eager to share good food and great company. The evening began with an engaging sourdough bread demonstration by Jody, who shared valuable insights on fermentation, quality ingredients, and the patience required for baking.

Following the demo, Dr. Ugonna Woods delivered an inspiring presentation on the importance of nutrition and simple dietary changes for better health. Her insights sparked meaningful discussions and motivated many to embrace healthier choices.

The highlight of the night was the potluck itself, featuring a diverse array of homemade dishes, from vibrant salads to hearty soups and delectable desserts. Attendees connected over delicious food, exchanging recipes and personal health journeys.​ We are grateful to everyone who participated and look forward to our next gathering!
