Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions about our services? You’re not alone.
This section covers the most common inquiries we receive. If your question isn’t addressed here or you’d like more detailed information, feel free to get in touch—we’re happy to help further.
Q: What services do you provide?
We offer a modern approach to healthcare that gives you direct access to your primary care provider. This means a more personal, consistent relationship with fewer barriers to care, helping to build trust and improve health outcomes.

Our providers care for a smaller group of patients, which allows them to spend more time with each person, something that’s often not possible in traditional settings. For a monthly membership fee, you’ll receive longer appointments (typically 30 to 60 minutes), same-day or urgent access when needed, telemedicine options, secure messaging, and 24/7 contact with your provider.
Q: Can I book a one-off appointment without becoming a member?
Yes you can still book an appointment without becoming a member by choosing the One Time Consultation. However, signing up for the Monthly subsciption will allow you to book as many visits as you need each month.
Q: Do I still need health insurance as a patient?
Yes, we strongly recommend maintaining major medical or catastrophic insurance or a trusted Health Share Plan for unexpected situations like emergencies, hospital stays, or surgeries. While we can manage the majority of your day-to-day healthcare needs, insurance is essential for covering those larger, unpredictable events that fall outside the scope of primary care.
Q: Do you accept health insurance?
No, and that’s intentional. By stepping away from insurance billing and its associated red tape, we’re able to spend more meaningful time focusing on you, not on paperwork.
A key aspect of our approach is the direct, personal relationship between you and your provider. We believe your healthcare decisions should be made by you and your doctor not influenced by insurance companies. Just as you wouldn’t consult an insurer to repair your car’s fender, we don’t believe they should dictate the cost or quality of your family’s healthcare.

Q: How can I tell if this doctor is the right fit for me?
The best way to find out is by scheduling a discovery call. It’s a free, no-obligation conversation where you can ask questions, learn more about our approach, and see if it aligns with what you’re looking for in a healthcare provider. Click Here to schedule your FREE 15-minutes discovery call!
Q: Why is this a better choice for me?
Many patients find this model offers significant advantages. Here’s why it may be right for you:
No More Long Hours in the Doctor's Clinic
We know that in the Philippines, there is no set time to see the doctor. This could mean long wait hours in the doctor's clinic. By providing this Concierge Telemedicine service, you will be seen and be able to talk to the doctor at the exact appointment time. If timely support, personal attention, and no more waiting for hours at the doctor's clinic matter to you, you’ll appreciate having direct contact with your provider. We offer longer appointments, often more than twice the time of standard practices plus same or next-day visits for urgent issues.

US-trained Doctor licensed in the Phlippines
Our doctors were trained in Internal Medicine in the United States with years of experience in the US, practicing primary care. They have extensive exprience practicing telemedicine in the USA, which they can apply in the Phillippines.

Convenient Prescription
Telemedicine offers a convenient way for you to get your prescriptions filled by allowing you to consult with our healthcare providers remotely, without the need for in-peroson visits.

Diagnostic/Laboratory
Through virtual appointments, you can discuss your symptoms and our doctor can quickly order necessary diagnostic tests, such as lab work or imaging. Once results are available, they can be reviewed and discussed with you in a timely manner, ensuring faster follow up care and treatment adjustments.

Stronger Continuity of Care
Unlike walk-in clinics, where you may see someone new each time, you’ll work with the same provider who knows your history, understands your health needs, and can offer more tailored, effective care.

Q: Will I still benefit if I don’t need to see a doctor often?
Absolutely. One of the greatest strengths of our service is to focus on prevention rather than cure. Even if you rarely need medical attention, we work with you to stay ahead of potential issues through regular screenings and proactive health planning. We support you in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, with guidance on diet, exercise, sleep, and overall wellbeing, helping you stay well, not just get well.
