Learn new ways to handle chronic diseases better so you can stop surviving and start thriving

Do you remember that day when you officially retired from work?
I bet you were eager to live a comfortable life and do what you have always been passionate about. You were looking forward to retirement with a solid desire to move more, enjoy more, and make more time for meaningful experiences.

...Unfortunately, it must not have been the case for you; otherwise, you would not be reading this.

The 2019 Senior Report: Then and Now says, "despite a higher percentage of young seniors reporting their health as excellent or very good, the prevalence of diabetes, obesity, and suicide have increased sharply since 2002.”

One of the key factors that are inhibiting seniors from adopting a healthy lifestyle is the environment. "No man is an island, no man stands alone."

That's why I am excited to host the HEALTHY SENIORS CLUB because this will provide seniors with a support system, an important pillar of Lifestyle Medicine.  I  love to see seniors like you reclaim health and thrive so you can genuinely live longer, happier, and with good quality and meaningful life.
